MELISSA at the Dutch Endocrine Meeting 2026
From 5 to 6 February the Dutch Endocrine Meeting 2026 (DEM) brought together healthcare professionals from across the board – internists, pediatricians, clinical chemists, nurses, and many others involved in conditions ranging from bone health to diabetes to endocrine cancers. The meeting offered a vibrant setting for exchanging insights and strengthening interdisciplinary connections. The MELISSA consortium, represented by Cassy Dingena, was invited to present its clinical trial in two formats. First, a poster session provided an informal space to introduce the clinical trial and engage directly with those interested. On the second day, the trial was highlighted during a clinical session, where information and experience on running clinical trials in the Dutch endocrine community was shared. Both moments offered a valuable opportunity to raise awareness, encourage participation, and increase visibility for the MELISSA trial.
