MADiMa2023 Best Paper Award Winners Announced!

We are delighted to announce that two members of the University of Bern (UBERN) achieved a remarkable feat at the 8th International Workshop on Multimedia Assisted Dietary Management: MADiMa2023! Mr Hsin-Che Chiang and Ms Lubnaa Abdur Rahman have both been awarded the prestigious "Best Paper Award" for their outstanding contributions.

Mr Hsin-Che Chiang for the paper: "Memory-Efficient High-Accuracy Food Intake Activity Recognition with 3D mmWave Radars"

Ms Lubnaa Abdur Rahman for the paper: "A Comparative Analysis of Sensor-, Geometry-, and Neural-Based Methods for Food Volume Estimation"

Congratulations to both Hsin-Che and Lubnaa for their outstanding contributions! As a result, the award for this prestigious achievement is a brand-new GoPro HERO 10!
